At Eavesessence, your satisfaction is important to us. In addition to your legal rights, we offer returns if you simply change your mind.

Please contact us before returning any items so we can assist you.

• Items must be returned in an unused, resalable condition within 14 days of receipt.

• The buyer is responsible for return postage, which should be sent using a tracked method for security.

• Once we receive your returned items and confirm they meet the criteria, we will issue a full refund for the goods(excluding original shipping costs).
